When Advance received from customers that is current liabilities as its our obligation for us to deliver goods and service in future. Before going further we have to understand what is Advance paid through the accounting rule of assets and libilities

When we have to ADD Asset in business,	we have Debit that accounts
When we have to Deduct MINUS Asset in business	we have Credited that accounts
When we have to ADD Liability in business	we have Credited that accounts
When we have to Deduct MINUS Liability in business	we have Debit that accounts

A cash advance received from customer journal entry is required when a business receives a cash payment from a customer in advance of delivering goods or services. in return of it.

Advance paid to Supplier

When an advance is paid to the supplier in such condition we are adding our asset as in the exchange of our money the supplier will provide our goods and services in future .When Advance paid to supplier hat is current Asset as its our right to get deliver goods and service in future. Before going further we have to understand what is Advance paid through the accounting rule of assets and libilities as mention above table.

Before understanding prepaid expense journal entry we have to understand the rule of debit and credit in accounting.

Point to remember before creating journal entry of Perpaid Expense

Note: This unused stationery is an asset by nature and it can be transferred to next year as opening unused stationery.

Note: Expense is not transferred to the next accounting year its only asset and liabilities which are transfer to the next accounting year. but expense which are outstanding and prepaid are shown in Profit and loss and trading accounts.

What is Trading Account ?

Trading Accounts

Trading accounts is nominal accounts and all expense which are related to either purchase or manufacturing of goods are written on the Dr. side of the trading accounts. Similarly its Cr. side sales and sales return are written in the credit where sale return is deducted from sales .

Closing stock : If the closing stock is given inside the trial balance this will be mean that the entry is incorporated the closing stock in the books has already been passed. It would imply that the closing sock must have been deducted out of purchases accounts. Hence in such a case Closing stock will not be shown in the Trading Account but will appear on the assets side of balance sheet only.

It’s telling or declaring to the browser that the following file is an HTML file. To build any webpage you will need four primary tags: <html>, <head>, <title> and <body>. These are all container tags and must appear as pairs with a beginning and an ending

Every HTML document begins and ends with the <html> tag. This tells the browser that the following document is an html file. Remember, tags tell the browsers how to display information. The <html> tag represents the root of an HTML document. The <html> tag is the container for all other HTML elements (except for the <! DOCTYPE> tag). Note: You should always include the lang attribute inside the <html> tag, to declare the language of the Web page.

The <head> element is a container for metadata (data about data) and is placed between the <html> tag and the <body> tag. HTML metadata is data about the HTML document. Metadata is not displayed. Metadata typically define the document title, character set, styles, scripts, and other meta information. The <head> tag contains the title of the document along with general information about the file, like the author, copyright, keywords and/or a description of what appears on the page.

Nesting

Part of the web page structure is called nesting. Notice above how the tag <title> is nested inside the <head> tag, while <head> and <body> are nested inside <html>.

Lists are nested. There is a tag that identifies the type of list, like numbered or bulleted. Then within that tag there is another tag that itemizes the list. Maybe some definitions would help.

What is HTML?

HTML stands for Hypertext Markup Language. Developed by scientist Tim Berners-Lee in 1990, HTML is the “hidden” code that helps us communicate with others on the World Wide Web (WWW).

The <!DOCTYPE html>declaration defines that this document is
an HTML5 document
The <html>element is the root element of an HTML page
The <head>element contains meta-information about the HTML page
The <title>element specifies a title for the HTML page
